Asia Nine Bar & Lounge: Reviews & Ratings
I came in with a thirst for some water after a LONG day of walking everywhere and stumbled upon this place. The guy brought water after water refills so kuddos to his service. I expected a quick average meal but was served some of the BEST Asian food I've ever had in my entire life!!! I cannot go into detail the flavors and presentation the restaurant had put into this dish. Pictures simply do not do it justice! I always get combination fried rice everywhere but I chose the seafood fried rice with an additional seafood option to the plate and it had oysters, scallops, calamari, you name it. I'd recommend eating here 100%.
Fast and friendly service. The food is delicious and flavorful with healthy portions. Great place for a date night, friendly gathering or a simple meal after work while waiting for traffic to die down.
My partner and I stopped here for a great lunch. Food was fresh and delicious, and staff were quick and friendly. It may seem a little dead on the weekend - I imagine this is because they get a lot of weekday business from the federal buildings nearby, and it’s not a great place for foot traffic otherwise. So if it seems a bit empty on a weekend, don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s a bad place. You’re going to have a delicious meal any time of day, any day of the week.
I'm torn writing a review about this place because it's such a hidden gem that I don't want others to find out. Their happy hour is one of the best deals in the city and has not only a long list of beer, wine, and cocktails but also a great assortment of food as well. Each time I've been here the food has been delicious and I have no idea how they get their orange chicken so crispy, but it is pretty amazing.
We were there on new year day when other restaurants in the area were closed. We were immediately seated in this big restaurant. The server was very friendly and attentive to us. - chicken pad thai: good. The noodle was perfectly cooked and chewy. The sauce was good but it could had more tamarind in it. There were lots of chicken & egg pieces too. - kapow on rice: very good. The dish was a bit spicy. The ground meat was well seasoned and the sauce was not overly salty and very umami. The portion was quite generous too.
Food was decent but felt a little re-heated. Dumplings and steak were lukewarm. The noodles and drinks were great Overall good experience but could be better.
Amazing food and service!!! This restaurant is clearly a hidden gem. I personally ate the Pad Thai and it was delicious. My (picky) kids ate the teriyaki chicken and teriyaki salmon and adored it (Simple but has tremendous flavor) The atmosphere is great and relaxing.
The food was so good! The actual restaurant is so pretty, next time, when it's warm, I will be dining in their outside seating! Also, my server, Tek, was so kind! (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) I will be coming back again soon!!
